I really thought this was an interesting tool that is made available for teachers. I thought that it was cool how it was an informal way for teachers to communicate. I never knew that there were “chat rooms” for teachers to communicate this way. I really found it useful to share and exchange information this way, I thought that this was cool because instead of having to fly by plane across the country to hear/see some of these presentations they are able to do it all online through google. The podcast that I watched was about blended learning. I found it to be very helpful for me. However, I did find it to be a bit lengthy in time. Its not something that I could just sit down for 10 minutes and get some information off of. I would need to allow for a lengthier amount of time to watch the complete podcast.
